You're going to have to get colleague Mark Mulligan to explain this to you. I'm just a humble capitalist. The Norwegian ombudsman, whatever the *&#% that is, says iTunes is evil:

    "They are not protecting against piracy, but instead encouraging it," Mr. Thon said. "When consumers cannot copy an iTunes song onto their mobile phone, they will get a download of it free from Napster."

It's been a few years since Napster was a pirate P2P file sharing site, pops. When Apple kills the Norwegian iTunes store, you'll see what real piracy looks like.

But btw, where's the correction about Napster from the Times/Int'l Herald Tribune? Thanks a lot, guys.
