It's been 48 hours since I requested extra activations so I can get back into my Microsoft Reader content. Haven't heard a response from Microsoft or even an acknowledgement of my request. Fortunately, most of the content that i'm locked out of came from the ebook promotion that Microsoft did last summer so I'm not out of pocket any loss but there's no way I'd ever purchase a book in this format at this point. |
