What sad news. Jef also invented the swyftcard which fulfilled a lot on his vision of simplifying the personal computer. His vision for this industry will be sorely missed at a time when the complexity of the PC makes it harder and harder for people to tap into the full potential of the device.

The expert on computer interfaces, and Apple employee No. 31, launched the Macintosh project.
