GO sues Microsoft... just a little late

So it looks like Jerry Kaplan, the founder of the late, lamented GO Corp is suing MSFT. With the usual caveat of "I'm not a lawyer", this sounds a little silly even in our litigious times. After all, if there were merits to this, why wait a decade or so. It seems Microsoft's settling with others is bringing all sorts of folks out of the woodwork with claims. Well, in the words of Willy Sutton, "that's where the money is", so expect a lot more of these nuisance suits until MSFT decides not keep paying. By the way, when I was first on Campus around 1992 or so I stubbed my toe in the executive conference room. I think I may need to speak to a lawyer :)
