She thanked me for not holding her up to public ridicule (we're not in that business) but I did caution other might not be so kind. She mentioned that she was writing me about her client's use of RSS in an enterprise setting (which I am interested in) but nowhere in her mail were the words RSS or enterprise. Perfect example of the right thing but the wrong way. |
