Live from SF<< Is Plays for Sure Dead? | Main | and Back to NY *sigh* >> Michael Gartenberg | August 08, 2006, 11:53 AM It's been a cool trip to SF, had dinner last night with Jeremy Toeman (of Slingmedia fame) and his wife along with Julie Ask and Marcia Lowenstein. Jeremy and I promptly Geeked out over the meal (Jeremy's wife was rather cool about that). Also had a chance to hang out a bit with some Apple folks and Apple developers. There's definately a lot of positive energy in the air here, a real perception among the developers Apple is executing well. It's also been really fun to catch up with some of the whole "web 2.0" scene that's more intense here in the Bay Area than in NY. Doesn't hurt that the weather's been a break from the 110 degree heat I left back in NY. |
