No 1080p for me on my Xbox 360<< More on the iPhone (if there even is one) | Main | Changing the game with HD >> Michael Gartenberg | October 31, 2006, 02:11 PM Did the new Xbox update over lunch and first thing I checked was the new 1080p support. No such luck, all I'm getting on my brand new Sony SXRD is a garbled screen. Looks like folks are getting mixed success and I see I'm not the only Sony owner with this isssue. Hmmm.. wonder if the Sony TV is detecting it's an Xbox :). Oh well, 1080i looks pretty good, be interesting to see how this affects the HD-DVD add-on. If there's anyone over at the Xbox team reading, please let me know if there's a fix and i'll post it here if so. |
