CES or Macworld?<< A Microsoft Patent on RSS? | Main | Time to Twitter? >> Michael Gartenberg | December 22, 2006, 01:50 PM Scoble asks, CES or Macworld? Tough choice, that's why I'm doing both. It all depends on where you think the bigger news is going to be and what you want to see first hand up close and personal. CES has gotten way to huge (and if you don't have a hotel room by now, you're probably going to sleep in someone's bathtub). Macworld is open to public, CES is pretty much a closed event (not sure what their blogger policy is in terms of admission) and even at CES, threre's the show within the show that tends to be even more exclusionary. Either way, it's a great week to be covering technology, expect lots of interesting news. Some of it will be pretty obvious (expect to see some the real marketing volume on Vista cranked up) and there's going to be more than a few surprises as well. Stay tuned. y |
