To Blog or not to Blog<< Finds of a Pack Rat | Main | Another day in the life of an analyst >> Michael Gartenberg | December 28, 2006, 12:58 PM One of the things I started working on late in 2005 was a personal weblog. As you might have noticed, 2006 came and went and there's still no blog. I'm still mulling the idea around but I'm not sure it will work. You see, most of the stuff I would blog about is stuff that I'd blog about here, where I'm paid to do it. As for the stuff that isn't appropriate here, such as personal thoughts on religion, politics, food or careeer thoughts, I'm not entirely sure how best to air them. While I would like to participate in these type of public conversations, I've also seen many times, that it doesn't matter whether they're on a personal weblog or posted right here, and those subjects are not the best for someone writing on a corporate website. I know other folks here have personal blogs and I know many of you wrestle with the same issues? So do you want to see more of me (or less)? |
