What a Difference a Year Makes, Where are Google and Yahoo?

What a difference a year makes. One thing I'm not hearing a lot of discussion about is who is presenting the keynotes.

Last year it was all about Yahoo and Google at CES (and lots of folks wondering what exactly they were doing there). A year later, the PC isn't much closer to the TV and Google Video led to the purchase at You Tube. 

So, who is at CES this year? Well Ed Zander is on Monday. (tells you something about where CTIA is going as more cell phone news migrates to CES and 3GSM). Michael Dell is back at the main venue (last year he was moved to the Sands). Outside of gadgets, Les Moonves from CBS is speaking as is Bob Iger from Disney.

Seems it's about PCs, phones and traditonal media this year. Let's see if any of these folks banter any better onstage.
