Courtest of David Zatz over at Slingmedia, there's now support for Palm OS as a Slingbox client. At this point, the Sling folks are supporting WIndows Mobile, Series 60, Palm OS as well as Windows and Mac OS. Very impressive and it's starting to create a pretty strong position for them in the marketplace that's going to be tough for competitors to break into. No word on the Slingcatcher announced at CTIA but it I suspect this device is going to be an important part of their story going forward. Getting content from the PC to the TV is going to be a hot topic in 2007 but it's also going to be getting content from the home to mobile devices. Watch this space carefully, you know we will.
