I find most journalists prefer email interviews as opposed to phone. It makes it easier for them to keep the information flowing and makes sure that quotes are accurate. Personally, I prefer phone interviews but to each their own. On the other hand, I've been misquoted or quoted out of context more than once myself. Update. Seems like Dave Winer had the same experience with the same reporter. |
