Under Outlook 2003 (I didn't even try Office 2007). It synced twice before sync stopped working altogether and then it duplicated my contacts. When I tried to un-duplicate them, it told me that was a paid service. Fortunately, I have backups of important stuff like this but had to fix both my test PC and my test Mac manually. Sheesh. First you screw up my data, then you want to charge me for fixing it? I figured this looked like a perfect way to keep everything in Sync from Outlook to OS X to Google and Yahoo but for me, it just didn't work. Sync is a critical problem to solve but I haven't had this bad an experience since ActiveSync version 1.0. As it is, i still can't delete the data sitting in my Plaxo Acc't online. |
