Jiwire announced that iPhone and iPod Touch users would be able to leverage its member network in exchange for viewing ads. Though relatively few consumers currently own Wi-Fi enabled devices other than laptops, we will see more of these devices in the future, expanding the opportunity for public Wi-Fi business models.
