Scrappy Web services networking vendor Blue Titan announced a deepening relationship with BEA as part of a strategy to position itself as an essential element of any service-oriented IT infrastructure. As everything becomes a Web service, the thinking goes, the need for an environment for controlling access, assuring performance and monitoring service levels will become widespread. The logic works for me.
