The Real Grandma Walton?

Last week, when I saw the BetaNews story about the RIAA suing a deceased grandmother, my first reaction was: Is she one of the famous Walton clan? Gertrude Walton did live in West Virginia, home of the TV show "The Waltons," which CBS carried in the 1970s; bunch books about the Walton clan, too. I was thinking that it would make for a whole lot more interesting news story if grandma Walton weren’t just deceased and sued by the RIAA but part of a well-known rural clan. Reporters, did you miss something here?
