Kagan expects the German market will continue large consolidations as MSOs look to streamline one of the most complete cable structures in Europe. The announcement came just a week after consolidation rumors were confirmed May 18 by Primacom, which serves 1.3 mil. HHs, regarding the possible interest acquisition by Kabel Deutschland, the country’s largest MSO.
